Paul Walker's father, Paul Sr., has been made the executor of his estate and will oversee the transfer of his $25 million fortune to his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow, as the late actor requested in his will. Paul Walker's father has been created the executor of his estate.

The 40-year-recent actor, who died alongside his friend Roger Rodas on November 30, when the automotive they were travelling in lost management and crashed in Santa Clarita, California, requested in his will that his dad, Paul Walker Sr., supervise the transfer of his $twenty five million fortune to his 15-year-recent daughter, Meadow Rain Walker, who 'The Fast and the Furious' star named as the only beneficiary of his estate.

A judge approved Paul's request in Santa Barbara on Thursday morning (twenty.02.14), in line with gossip website TMZ.com.

Meadow attended the hearing along with her mother, Rebecca Soteros, Paul Sr. and therefore the late star's mother, Cheryl Walker.

The actor conjointly specified that Cheryl be appointed Meadow's legal guardian and therefore the guardian of the teenager's fortune in his can, but the difficulty of her guardianship was not raised in court and can be determined at a later hearing.

Meadow is currently living with her grandmother.

She began living along with her famous father full-time in California shortly before his death, when moving there from Hawaii.

A source previously said that Paul was designing to offer up acting to spend a lot of time with Meadow and was thrilled she had moved in with him.

The insider said: ''He was happier than you'll imagine to have her living with him full-time. She was the love of his life, he was an incredible dad and he was thus happy that she chose to measure with him because he never felt like he got enough time along with her.''
