Orlando Bloom sells Hollywood Hills home for $3.9M

Orlando Bloom has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3.nine million.

The thirty seven-year-old actor has managed to offload the mansion, that he bought in 2007 for $a pair of.seven million, in California after slashing the first asking worth by $60zero,000.

The 3,248 sq.-foot property, that was built in 1940, is complete with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a giant out of doors space, which is good for entertaining guests.

The home boasts gorgeous interiors, including high vaulted ceilings, picket doors, and a glass floor-to-ceiling wall, also secure private gates surrounding the premises.

The gourmand kitchen has been kitted out with high of the vary appliances and opens out onto an outdoor patio, which overlooks a pool and spa, in step with RadarOnline.com.

The plush pad was, however, targeted and robbed by the 'Bling Ring' - a tiny cluster of teenagers - in 2009.
