Selena Gomez hires Katy Perry's manager

Selena Gomez has hired Katy Perry's manager.

The twenty one-year-previous singer has recruited Bradford Cobb, who turned Katy into a superstar, to help run her schedule when she sacked her mother Mandy and step-father Brian as her managerial team last month, in step with Us Magazine.

Bradford has spent more than a decade in the business and is recognised for turning artists into pop sensations.

The 'Come & Get It' hitmaker ended her skilled relationship with her folks, who have controlled her affairs since 2007, as she believes she's ''outgrown them''.

Selena has argued together with her oldsters on many occasions in the past over the direction of her career and her on/off relationship with troubled star Justin Bieber, however it's believed family friction wasn't to blame for his or her split.

The 'Spring Breakers' actress still remains shut along with her parents, but they're aggravated about her decision.

Meanwhile, Mandy and Brian created it clear last month they were sad about Selena spending time with Justin, who has had a variety of run-ins with the law, as they believe he is accountable for driving her to rehab in January.

A source said previously: ''They're doing their best to supervise them. They're tolerating it as long as they recognize that there is someone who has eyes on all of them the time.''
