Kelly Osbourne sells Hollywood Hills home for $1.3m

Kelly Osbourne has sold her Hollywood Hills home for $one.3 million.

The 'Fashion Police' star, who split from her fiancé Matthew Mosshart earlier this year, off-loaded her one bedroom cottage in California for the generous add on Tuesday (eleven.03.14).

The twenty nine-year-previous beauty bought the property back in 2005 for $1.195 million, however hasn't lived in it for almost a year, and has been renting it out for a reported add of $four,600 a month.

The beautiful pad, which was designed in 1952 by famed architect Robert Byrd, has recently been updated and is complete with a fashionable bar, a spacious office and 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen has been kitted out with prime of the range appliances and therefore the adjacent living space opens out on to the personal garden, that boasts stunning views of town below.

Although the cute cottage does not come with an outside pool, there's designated areas inside the 1,250 sq ft home that have been laid out particularly for entertaining.

Meanwhile, Kelly reportedly moved into a three bedroom house in Beverly Hills, formerly rented by Lindsay Lohan, back in April last year with Matthew, whom she met in 201one.

However, it is currently believes she's on the planning out for a larger place and one that does not hold reminiscences of her ex-lover.
