Taylor Swift's stalker has been ordered to stay faraway from her for the following 3 years.

The 24-year-recent singer's temporary restraining order against Timothy Sweet was extended at a hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday (twenty five.03.fourteen), during which a decide informed him he should stay 100 yards aloof from the star and conjointly forbid him from going near her folks, Andrea and Scott.

The 'Red' hitmaker claimed that Timothy, thirty three, had been stalking her since 2011, sending dozens of emails, letters and writing social media posts declaring his love for her.

He also allegedly threatened to ''kill any man,'' as well as US Secretary of State John Kerry, who came between him and Taylor, as he reportedly believes he is married to the singer, per gossip website TMZ.com.

In one message to the blonde beauty, Mr. Sweet wrote: ''If anyone in Taylor's family get killed it's not my fault.

''My wife Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverley Hills. I am in love along with her. In conclusion, we treat each alternative with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to guard her the remainder of my life. (sic).''

He went on: ''Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets within the method of our wedding. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR presidential candidate (sic).''

The singer initial filed an invitation for a short lived protection order against Timothy at LA's Superior Court earlier this month and stated in court documents that his behaviour was ''seriously alarming and harassing'' and also the constant messages and phone calls were ''extremely distressing to me and my family.''

She added that she did ''not have want to interact with or communicate in any manner with Mr. Sweet.''
