Hong Kong actress Tavia Yeung has once again sparked cosmetic surgery rumours after she was reportedly noticed sporting fuller lips and nose.

According to Hong Kong media, the 34-year-recent Tavia has allegedly gone under the knife many times, reconstructing her nose and lips to maintain her looks and improve her relationship together with her actor boyfriend Him Law, who is 5 years her junior - the couple got together once collaborating on On Call thirty six Hours in 2012.

Her latest changes reportedly embody a fuller nose, that is said to bring smart fortune to at least one’s partner, a lot of voluptuous lips, a sharper chin and an immaculate complexion. Together with her features turning into more outlined, she looks nothing like how she was when she initial debuted.

When the media approached Tavia when she was working at the TVB City last Wednesday, the actress vehemently refused to permit photos of her aspect profile to be taken.

When asked to handle the cosmetic surgery rumours, she admitted that she once went to a doctor to own a mole removed, but insisted that her improved appearance are all due to form-up.

Meanwhile, there is still no word on whether or not Tavia, whose contract with TVB is ending soon, will sign in with the company.

Speculation has been rife that the actress, who has been with TVB for fifteen years, had plans to leave the TV station with fellow actor Moses Chan and her long-time manager Chan Ka Lei.

Though Moses and Ka Lei have set to remain with TVB, Tavia’s departure cannot be dominated out as she has been rumoured to have received several engaging offers from Chinese entertainment companies.
