Capitalising on the popularity of You Who Came From The Stars actors Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji Hyun, Samsung Mobile in China has appointed the onscreen couple as whole ambassadors. The two Korean celebrities can rake in NT$60 million (approximately S$two.five million) worth of endorsement fees in total.
According to media reports, Soo Hyun and Ji Hyun can appear on Samsung China’s print and TV advertisements, rivalling competitor LG China’s ambassador Lee Min Ho. Last month, The Heirs star landed the endorsement deal for a lucrative NT$thirty five million (S$one.45 million).
Following the success of You Who Came From The Stars, Soo Hyun’s web worth has reportedly skyrocketed from NT$fourteen million (S$580,00zero) to NT$22 million (S$910,00zero). Embarking on his Asian fan meeting tour, the charismatic actor will be greeting his fans in Taiwan tomorrow (Mar twenty two).
